We sampled our wedding cake a few weeks ago and it was delicious! I can't wait to see the real thing on the big day! Graysen's cake is going to be TN Vols, of course. If it tastes half as good as it looks in the picture then it will be great! I'm not so sure about eating it a year later though, we'll have to see about that.

I loved the cake sampling thing. We used a bakery in Riverview. Let me warn you about the 1 year later thing......put the cake in a rubbermaid container in the freezer. I left it in the cake box like the food fairy was protecting it from frost bite and it was a diappointing anniversary cake moment. Most people probably know that it should go in a rubbermaid container, but for some reason it didn't dawn on me. Steven kept saying he would have a red velvet armadillo cake---that didn't happen. Fun times!
