I have started a boot camp. I will have to go into details about it in another post but I am so tired and today was my first day! I woke up at 5 a.m. and it was from 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. It was very intense but I have goals that I would like to reach and I think they are very realistic. I'm looking forward to seeing changes in my body and feeling better about myself.

Your puppy is darling. We had a yorkie years ago, but he was not so cute - his parents were related.
Our kids loved him anyway!
