I need time.
More time in my day would help me accomplish so much. As I know we could all use more than 24 hours in a day.
But for now I am reminding myself to breath, taking one day at a time is all I can do while being pulled in 10 different directions.
I have not had a spare second to post anything and who would want to read about my random ramblings and blah blah blahs.
Since I don't have time to even clean my house anymore. I have decided that working 50+ hours a week just does me in and I need my weekends to relax and of course shop so I hired a housekeeper. She'll come once a week and I can't wait to come home and not worry about cleaning on the weekends. Graysen was not too thrilled about this idea, just because he thought it seemed like a waste of money when "we" could do it.
When I brought the idea up, okay so may be I just told him this is what is going to happen whether you like it or not. It went like this:
G: "So, what can a housekeeper do that I can't do? I will help you more around the house. I promise."
Me: "Well, you can start with getting that cob web that is in the corner above your head down, folding this basket of clothes and unloading the dishwasher."
Problem solved. It only took a minute.

Ugh I need at least another hour or two a day!!! Smooth move on convincing the hubs you need a housekeeper :)
I wish I could have a housekeeper! Cleaning is least fun thing ever. But I don't have the excuse of working 50 hrs a week. I only work 30. My hubby would NOT be on board with that!
I do not blame you a bit for getting a housekeeper! I was working around 60 hours back in the states before we moved and I thought I was going to lose my mind!
You need that break on the weekends to ENJOY life!
I hear ya! I need a few more hours in the day as well!
Good for you! We had a girl come clean a couple times a month and it was just wonderful not to have to worry about it. I think I need to enlist her help again!
Just found your blog! Love your layout! Congrats on getting a housekeeper! That would be sooooooo wonderful! I may have to try your strategy of getting the husband to help with the chores! ;-) Brilliant!
i'm pretty sure i'm trading my husband off for a housekeeper!.. just kidding:)
Good job at convincing him...easier than you thought!
