Nursery, Name and Nesting

I feel like it's been a whirlwind in our household lately. I've been busy working at Paisley, doing a little nesting and tearing apart every closet in our house.

Nursery furniture arrived Saturday.



I love it! We are still waiting on the glider and I am on the hunt for two small pieces of furniture, a side table to go by the glider and a little bookcase for his books he is already receiving. I can't wait to start decorating and have already picked out the nursery bedding I want, of course it's custom made and will cost my left kidney but I'd give it up for Baby Ballard! I'll post more pictures as we make more progress and add more.

My back pain arrived right after the furniture did. I went to the Dr. today to make sure there was no kidney or bladder infection. Dr. N thinks I have pulled something in my back. Lots of rest and relaxation needed, but I don't have time for that right now. Baby Ballard's heartbeat sounded great and I have lost a pound. Pregnancy has not been so bad, I feel like I have gained a lot of weight and look bloated but the scale and numbers make me feel better. I'll be 19 weeks Thursday, it's gone by so fast already!


We have come up with a name for Baby BOY Ballard!





Parker is from my Mom's maiden name which is Park and Davidson is Graysen's middle name and his Dad's and grandfathers, so Parker will have a 4th generation middle name!
I love his name and we are so excited that we officially have something to call him besides Baby Ballard. I am really looking forward to the next several weeks.
