Baby Bargains

I have been reading the most wonderful book. It probably won't interest many of you but it's been a huge lifesaver when thinking about all of the things we need for Baby Ballard.

Mama Faith let me borrow this book to help guide us through the process of all things baby! She highly recommended it and I took it and every piece of advice she gave me.

Baby Bargains has been featured on Oprah, The Today Show and even in People magazine. It shares many helpful tips from experts on what is best for your baby. There are so many decisions to make about what is the safest and best buy for your baby and this book definitely shares what you might need when you register and buy for a baby. A few of my favorite chapters discussed strollers, gave reviews on bottles and recommendations on what maternity and nursing accessories would be helpful to me.

My friend Wendy also sent me a spread sheet with all of the things she used and at what age she needed them for her almost 1 year old son. It has been such a blessing to have friends that have experienced this and can answer all of my random questions about how Baby Ballard needs this or that. I feel a little more prepared but I know nothing will prepare me for when he's finally here besides that motherly instinct that shows up.

Don't you just feel like a huge sponge of baby knowledge? One of my favorite sources when I was pregnant was the weekly email updates from babycenter.com. I still get weekly emails on Emery's development and she is 9mos. Here are my top must haves as far as baby products go:
0-6 months: Boppy Pillow, Lansinoh lanolin cream, Swaddle Designs blankets.
6+ months: Bob stroller, Bumbo seat, KidCo food mill and ice cube trays, Jumperoo.
