Weekends

I love the weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays!

We woke up this morning and I have been very domestic so far. I made triple berry muffins for breakfast...delicious. Then I made some Rotel dip for a football party we are going to this afternoon. Here's the recipe for those of you that want to make it for a party or if you are like me then just to sit and munch on all weekend sometimes!

Highly Addictive Rotel Dip
Makes A LOT of servings
1 Can (10 oz.)- Rotel (Hot or Mild, undrained)
1 Package (16 oz.)- Velveeta (Cut into cubes)
1 Package (16 oz.)- Breakfast Sausage (Desired level of hotness, I used original today because I don't want massive heartburn all night) You don't have to add meat if you don't want any.

Brown breakfast sausage over medium heat in a skillet.
Blend ingredients in a crock pot.
Cover and heat on Low, stirring through cooking time.
Heat until cheese is melted.

I like to put mine in a crock pot so it will stay warm all day for the games. It's so easy to take places in my crock pot travel case. Serve with tortilla chips and it can really fill ya up!

Before we start watching football today we MUST clean out the closet in Parker's room. I've been using it as my closet since I have way too many clothes and shoes! Goodwill is going to love us today!

I'm looking forward to a busy day tomorrow too! Church, a baby shower for a dear friend and then a birthday dinner for another friend, Emily, she just started blogging so go check out her blog and leave her some lovin' and birthday wishes!

Enjoy your weekend!

Did you change the name?
Wasn't it Sullivan before?

You just made a fellow pregnant gal have a craving!!! LOL! Loved looking at your Vegas pics. We had a great time when we went almost 2 years ago. I am planning on coming up to the store in the next week or so. :)

Nope, his name has always been Parker because we knew we wanted to use a family name. I don't think I've ever typed the name Sullivan on here, I know we've never thought of that one even though it's cute too!
