dear baby weight,
you were great to gain so i would have my healthy baby boy...
but now the weight gain is over.
i'm glad i've already lost some of you, mr. weight on my thighs, but i'm ready to say bye bye to the rest and hello to my new friend jillian michaels.
and while i'm saying farewell to this weight i guess i need to say adios to these too. good thing i finished the box off last night.

(On a serious note- I know some of you friends out there have done the 30 day shred and other workout dvd's. What did you think of them? Any advice on what you liked or didn't like about a particular dvd? I know it takes working out and eating healthy to achieve my goal! I plan to update you guys once I start but am trying to wait a few more weeks before I bust into full working out, I mean I did have a baby almost 3weeks ago! My 30 day shred arrived today and I'm excited!)

The 30 Day Shred is awesome, you will def get results! I did it for 30 days straight (10 days on level 1, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3) and lost 16lbs. I also recc Jari Love's video "Get Ripped" and the Results video with Cindy Whitmarsh. Gook luck! I'll be joining you on the weight loss journey come Jan 1 to lose these last 10. We can do this!!

I started 30 day shred at the end of August. I did it mon-fri for a month straight and I lost 24 lbs. It was wonderful! The only other thing I did was totally cut out cokes and drank alot of water! I have slacked off pretty bad but started back today full force! Good luck girl! I'll be doing it with you! One thing I LOVE about this is it is only 25 mins. You can do ANYTHINg for 25 mins. And when you get tired of lifting weights you only have a few more seconds, just keep telling yourself YOU CAN DO THIS!

The Shred is a really good work out. I alternated doing some cardio with it too and I felt great! Good luck!

I have mommy lbs to loose too... even though when I got my kids they were 7, 9, and 11! I have gained the newley wed 20! YIKES!!!!
I got Jenny McCarthy, Your shape for the wii. I LOVE it! It keeps you on a schedule and she's so motivating. Were best friends already!
So funny you put the photo of the oreo on here! I'm addicted to them too! I'm thinking if I could just kick that habit, I would lose the rest of my weight...without working out.
