catch up

I figured it was time for a little game of catch up on my blog. Our house revolves around baby P so as you can imagine there is not much time for other stuff like blogging or relaxing the least little bit.

Parker had his 2 month well check up on the 12th of this month. He weighed 11 lbs 8 oz! He's a growing boy! I don't like to keep up with what percentile he's in and go exactly by what the books say because every baby is different. He's healthy and a happy baby and that's all that matters right now! He is meeting milestones and doing new things each day.









The worst part of this visit was that Parker had to get shots. Sad Mommy over here! He did well, screamed his head off but did okay the rest of the day. Graysen went to the doctor with us as he goes to every visit anyways but I really needed him at this one because I cried. Parker doesn't go back to the doctor until his 4 month check up which seems so far away from now but I know it was be here quickly.

After his shots we even made it to his first Valentine's playdate that afternoon which he slept through most of. I don't think he's a huge fan of Valentine's Day though.


P is sleeping through the night for about 7 hours at a time and doing so well with this new schedule he's on. He's such a happy baby which makes for a happy rested mommy too!


The weather this weekend has been awesome! We've had a busy weekend so far. I went to a baby shower yesterday then we went to a friends 2nd birthday party and out to dinner last night. We're going to enjoy this beautiful sunshine today and then over to my parents house for Sunday fun day dinner! I love the weekends!
