busy boy

Lately I've wondered where baby P gets all of his energy from. He has been sleeping for 12 hours a night (hope I didn't just jinx myself by typing that out) which he needs since he is a growing boy but I'm not getting those same 12 hours a night so I'm a sleepy momma.

 I often wish that I had just a little bit of his energy to keep going and going and going.  Now don't get me wrong, I love that he is an active, healthy, all boy, sweet little buddy but he is non-stop.  Please tell me I'm not the only one who only showers on a good day, folds laundry at night while catching up on my dvr'd shows and prays that baby P will sleep in late every morning. 

I'm not the only momma who adds this to my nightly prayers...right???

Let me give you a glimpse at what baby P can get into. And, yes if you are wondering these pictures were all taken in a 6 hour time span today...whew.

Goodmorning...it's playtime! Wondering what happened to his pj shirt? Breakfast was a mess.

Helping Mommy make lunch and thinking this cabinet is way better than any toy in our house.  He crawled in here all by himself and I literally had to drag him out of it kicking and screaming.

More playtime and yes he is in his 3rd outfit for the day! I'm ready to just let him stay in a diaper at this point. 

 Here's his face right after I told him naptime was in his very near future...

  This boy is busy with lots to do and explore, no time naps. 

What was I thinking...oh I guess that I'd like a nap right about now.
