It's naptime at my house right now. I love the quietness. I don't love when Mr. FedEx rings my doorbell during naptime so I left him a nice little note. Yesterday Mr. FedEx got the dog barking which then woke up a sleeping baby and made for a looong afternoon.
Don't get me wrong it's not totally quiet, I can hear the washer going and knowing that I have to fold clothes in a bit is not my favorite thing to do. But Spring is in the air and it just puts me in a great mood! I've been getting my spring decor out and threw this wreath up earlier today. It's from last year but it gets the job done for now.
P and I ran a few errands this morning like to the post office, Target for a quick fix and to drop off my sewing machine to be repaired. Of course P fell asleep in the car as soon as I was pulling into the garage. We came in and ate lunch and while I was trying to fix us food I caught him chasing Oscar around the house with a golf club in each hand! I would say poor dog but Oscar really does love it and always runs back for more. Sometimes I think Oscar prays for just one morning of peacefulness with no crazy baby head running full speed ahead after him.
It's such a game for these 2 to chase each other around the house and Parker cracks up at Oscy trying to hide from him!

Totally random here...found your blog through someone else-probably because your little P is one month older than my guy Sam :) Quick question-he's down to just one nap? How long has he been at one nap? I'm looking for advice from other mommas, as Sam might be entering just the one nap transition phase :) He's so, so cute and it's nice to see other mom's with kids so close in age to ours :)

Such a cutie...he always looks so happy!
He is sooooo stinkin' cute!!!
What a happy boy! But I can see why you want that naptime! Those pics of P carrying the golf clubs really take me back to Max's toddler days. He had a club in one hand and a blankie in the other and was always in motion!
