the little P show

My days mostly revolve around an energetic and full of fun 16 month old.

The past few weeks the weather has been great so we have had lots with playdates and lunchdates with friends. I forgot to take my camera to playgroup last week but this was the week before at my house. I got a before and after picture because with 8 mommas and 9 kids...it was a bit hectic.
Before the cupcakes were devoured...
And after the playroom saw a tornado of kids!

We spend time at the gym where I get some "me time" to work out and little P gets to play with other kids in the nursery. He is still not sure about it, one day he does great and the next day he screams.  he does the same thing at church but seems to be doing better there than the gym. I think he wants a morning nap still but I'm breaking that and just doing one nap after lunch. Should I still be doing a morning nap or just one a day?  I've heard mixed thoughts on this. He sleeps for 3 hours during his afternoon nap and I love that time to do things around the house.

Some of his favorite things right now are getting his milk in the morning while I make breakfast. He's catching up on Regis and Kelly. Not really because this boy loves Little Einsteins on Disney and will not watch anything else.

When "Da-Da" leaves for work he runs to the front window and makes sure to see him off for the day.

I think little P could be a fish. He would stay in the bath for an hour if I would let him.

He's eating like crazy right now but is picky about what he does eat. He loves any and all fruit and seems to never get enough. I try to hide broccoli and spinach in his spaghetti and other foods and he doesn't even notice and eats it right up!

Last weekend it was warm enough to let him run through the sprinkler and of course he had his basketball in tow.

He is 110% BOY. Wild, no fear and into everything. I on the other hand am one exhausted and cautious momma chasing after him but I love every minute of being able to stay at home with him and hear his sweet laugh and see his precious smile.
