One Day

He just grew up over night.

Little P is now in his big boy bed and loving it!

Last Thursday afternoon we (well my Mom and Graysen) put it all together and rearranged furniture from 3 different rooms, they did the heavy lifting and I helped direct them- haha. 

I have a post coming on Bennett's nursery and Parker's finished big boy rooms but of course the nursery is a wreck right now and I don't have everything hung up in Parker's big boy room just the way I want it yet.

I am so proud of how awesome he has done during this bed transition. I'm praying it lasts, he falls asleep faster than he did in his crib and has not once gotten out of his bed during naps or at bedtime, still sleeps through the night and even just as long as he did in his crib, he loves to sleep in. It has been such a smooth adjustment for him and I was so anxious about it all. I just didn't want to rush him into growing up but he was obviously ready for it just days away from turning 29 months old. I really didn't expect it to be this easy. He's my very strong willed and determined little guy.

As soon as we put clean sheets on his big boy bed he crawled right in it and was so excited!  

Thursday morning I knew we were going to make the change and had to get one last picture of him in his crib as soon as he woke up. He had some serious bed head!
