BOY oh BOY

20 weeks has arrived and I am halfway through my pregnancy!

Our checkup and ultrasound was Friday and Parker is definately a boy and proud of it!

Everything looked great during the ultrasound! I was very nervous and we had a huge sigh of relief when the tech said his heart, brain and body looked normal. It was a blessing to hear that he is healthy.

He even gave us a good view of his face.

Graysen always has a hard time making out what body parts are on the ultrasound screen but this time he saw Parker's face and said it aloud in the room before the tech could even get it out!

I feel like I am growing by the minute! When I weighed in this time the nurse told me that I had only gained 6 pounds thus far which is great but I was not the healthiest I would have liked to have been when I got pregnant. I had gained a lot of weight right before I had gotten pregnant due to some anxiety medicine I was on for a short period of time. But as I keep telling Graysen, "After Parker gets here, I will be so healthy!" For now I will continue to stuff my face for this healthy baby boy growing inside me!

Oh girl, your not the only one. I was nowhere near where I wanted to be weight wise before I got pregnant. But, as we get older...our bodies are going to change. If I had this baby when I was 21, I would be a LOT skinnier! I know I am packing on the pounds now, I can feel it. But, I just want a healthy baby & will worry about weight later!

You look adorable! And obviously taking good care of your healthy little one! Congrats on a boy. They're amazing, but I'm biased. :)

Girl - you know I feel you on the weight. If I can shed the 50 pounds I gained during pregnancy, you can shed yours. I am aiming for 20 more, so when Parker arrives and you want some exercise....you know who to call!!
