Parker's baby shower...round 2!

The past few days have been very busy for us. With family in town for Thanksgiving it was the prefect time to have a shower for Parker. My sister Amy and friend Barbie hosted and it was so much fun!

It started with this amazing diaper cake my sister made and the petit fours that I could sit and eat all day long!



Then lots of good food was eaten and many gifts were opened for Baby Ballard. Parker is going to be one spoiled little boy. He received some keepsakes that I am in love with, a sterling silver cup, rattle and spoon with his initials engraved. We also got the swing and Graysen put it together last night. I can't wait until we have our baby here in it!




It was nice to have lots of family and close friends to celebrate with! Parker won't be able to be in his swing or bouncy seat because he will have too many people wanting to love and hold him!

Me, Meleia, Sanna and Amy...we're all cousins and my sister (and brother) grew up with Meleia and Sanna looking after us.


My Aunt Sheree and Nonnee were in town and got to stay through the weekend for the shower.

These four women are amazing! I have babysit for each of them in the past and hope their girls are all available when I need a sitter! They have all become such good friends of mine!

It's crazy to think I have known these girls for 15+ years!! We have seen each other go through so much and now they get to see me go through this pregnancy big and swollen!

We have a busy Sunday planned even though I should have my swollen feet propped up! My Mom is coming over to help me organize Parker's room and my younger brother is going to help Graysen clean out the garage. I love having my family close by, it's so helpful when I can't even bend over and touch my knees or lift anything! We've got to get our house ready for Parker's debut!
