summertime

I can not even begin to describe how hot it has been lately. If we are outside then we have to be by the pool or in some water. It's just way too hot to sit out in the heat for us here in the south. 

So, we've spent days at the pool, the childrens museum, an indoor playground and even the mall playground with our friends. My sweet little P just has lots of energy to get out and it makes naptime seem extra longer when he plays so hard. 

Fun in the sun with lots of snacks! And the snacks are even better when it's what someone else's mommy has brought. He always wants what I have and then whatever else anyone has to eat. 

 Parker and Charli had a great time at the childrens museum. These two could have played for hours and actually both cried as we packed them up to leave. The next picture makes me flash forward 15 years when these two are teenagers, oh how I want time to slow down.  But for now we'll soak up all of the summertime fun!
