don't be fooled by his sweet face.
this boy does not like to sit still during dinner time. or lunch time. or breakfast time, actually.
he's too busy running around and trying to escape from a highchair. i finished some most of his fried okra tonight but P loved this bbq recipe i found on pinterest almost as much as i'm loving everything i lay my eyes on when i look at pinterest.
here comes the great escape...
luckily, dada was to the rescue since P decided to stand on his highchair.
then he offered to give everyone messy bbq hugs.
as much as we love to eat dinner with our 20 month old ( as of today!!) in public, we have taken a vow to eat at home with him right now for our sanity and everyone else in a restaurant.
which is exactly why date nights like this one last week must happen very often!

With Lauren turning 3 in October, we still don't like to take her out. She is sooooo like Parker and will stand on highchairs and escape a meal in .2 seconds. We have wild ones :)
