baby P is 12 months old!
{ONE WHOLE YEAR!!}
I say that I love every stage but right now is so much fun with this little guy.
He's so funny and knows how to make us crack up with his hilarious facial expressions. I could not ask for a happier little boy. And yes, I said little boy not little baby because he is turning into a toddler right before my eyes. It's like it all happened over night.
P loves to play with trucks, ride his car around the house and crawl into anything he can squeeze his body into. Reading a book is still one of his favorite things that he likes for us to do with him but he's on the move a lot now! Even trying to stand in the bathtub and turn the shower on to soak us.
P is a great eater, awesome sleeper and all around good little boy.
He weighs 22 lbs. and is 30 in. tall.
He had lost 2 lbs. since 9 months but Dr. J wasn't worried at all because he eats and is just on the go all of the time. Plus everyone in our family is tall so he's probably going to be long and lean,
He took his first steps on the night of his first birthday and walked back and forth from Graysen to me. He laughed the entire time and would get so ahead of himself that he tried to run and would tumble and start all over again. P's obsession right now is climbing the stairs and it has become a battle in our house to tell him "no" because this boy knows how to throw a fit. He does have the "Park" temper for sure.
baby P will always be just that, my baby.
I will probably not be able to call P a baby for much longer since he is changing so quickly but in my heart he will always be the one and only baby P. It's hard to imagine not saying this because we have called him this since I was pregnant.
We have been blessed beyond words to have this sweet child in our lives.
He has changed so much in one year, he has changed us so much in one year and I pray that he will be prepared for all of the changes that life can bring in the coming years.
Farewell to the monthly pictures with Mr. Sock Monkey.
I'm not sure who will miss them more, me or Monkey.
However, I'm sure Mr. Monkey will be showing his face from time to time and trust me P won't let it be the last time he gives this guy a good stare down.
To catch up on baby P's months past:

He's adorable! Happy First Birthday Baby P!
Happy 1st Birthday P! I remember reading your blog last December & thinking how jealous I was that you had already gone into labor b/c I was about to burst too! Luckily, I had mine about a week later! HA! I wasn't due until January 4th I think, but my water broke in the middle of the night.
I hope ya'll have a Merry Christmas! I know both of our boys will enjoy playing with all the paper & boxes!
<3 Bon
Happy Birthday handsome man!
